Services
We provide professional dog training programs, including but not limited to obedience training, behavior modification, and consultations. All services are tailored to each dog’s individual needs but results may vary depending on the dog’s age, breed, health, temperament, and the owner’s participation.
Client Responsibilities
- You agree to follow training instructions and practice with your dog outside of scheduled sessions.
- You are responsible for your dog’s behavior at all times, including during and outside of training sessions.
- Your dog must be up to date on vaccinations and in good health before participating in training.
- You must notify us of any history of aggression, illness, or behavioral issues before training begins.
Payment & Scheduling
- Payment is due as outlined at the time of booking. We may require deposits for certain programs.
- Session packages must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase.
- We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to weather, illness, or emergencies.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations require at least [X hours/days] notice. Late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions.
- Refunds are only issued at our discretion and may be subject to administrative fees.
Assumption of Risk & Liability
- Dog training involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for your dog’s behavior and safety.
- Versive K9 Training, its trainers, and affiliates are not liable for injury, damage, or loss caused by your dog, whether during training sessions or afterward.
- You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your dog’s participation in training.
No Guarantee of Results
While we use proven methods, we cannot guarantee specific results. Training success depends on your dog’s temperament and your consistency in applying training techniques.
Media Release
We may take photos or videos during training for educational or promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use such media unless you request otherwise in writing.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
